Dr. Surendra Kumar Yadav

Dr. Surendra Kumar Yadav done his MSc, MPhil and PhD in the field of Environmental Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India. He is also Law Graduate from University of Delhi. Dr. Yadav was awarded CSIR Fellowship from Indian Government during Research Degrees (MPhil & PhD), German Government Metropolis International Award for expert in Commission 2 (Environment & Poverty) and key note speaker in International Conference at Berlin in 2005 and South Korean Government Metropolis International Award for attending International Course on Climate Change Policy from Seoul Korea in 2010. Dr Yadav completed 3 research projects successfully on different Environmental issues and published 2 books namely Soil Ecology as single author and Energy Research and Environmental Management as joint author. He guided 29 Research Scholars for MPhil & PhD Degree Programs. He also organized many Conferences and Seminars on different Environmental Themes. He has also Membership for more than 13 International Scientific Professional bodies. Presently, he is working as Faculty Member at one of the esteemed Institute of University of Delhi and also holding the position of Vice President at Society for Environment and Sustainable Development (SESD), New Delhi, India.
