Dr VN Siva Kumar Challa, working as Associate Professor, Department of Management Studies, Ramachandra College of Engineering, Vatluru, West Godavari District, having 11 years of teaching experience, qualified APSLET. He completed Ph.D from Acharya Nagarjuna University under the stream of Marketing. He delivered guest lectures in various reputed institutions. He is serving as editorial board member and peer reviewer for various reputed international peer reviewed journals. He bagged best paper award in International Conference on Business and Economics (ICBE), Korea. He published more than 25 journals in various Scopus indexed, UGC and peer reviewed journals. He is acting as advisory board member for International Society for Academic Researchers, South Africa. He worked as Corporate trainer for BSNL Telecom Employees in the year 2013
